While at the University of California at Sacramento my life was impacted by my art classes. After graduation, I was able to live in Europe and travel to many countries visiting international and local galleries which sparked my ignition to paint.

I have painted all my adult life and for the past 24 years enjoyed being in art galleries throughout Northern California and now in Florida. I am always on the look out for a special subject to paint and have a camera with me to capture that perfect lighting. My paintings have won awards in national and regional art exhibitions. Here in Florida I continue to create art and am in three galleries. My paintings have a 3D look and give a feeling of peace and serenity.

I love painting oceans and mountains and often do portraits of dynamic flowers. Mountains are created by my palette knife with color variation and texture. I paint mainly with oils on gallery wrap canvas where the painting continues on all sides giving a 3D look. I also work with clients on commissions of precious moments in their lives which turn into family treasures. I have clients across the United States from California to Florida.
